Monday was my last online class with author, Jason Gallaher through the Writing Barn. I had an incredible time working with Jason and connecting with other PB writers. I had the opportunity to revise two of my manuscripts with the class: Mirror and Lost Bookworms. I received encouraging feedback and look forward to revising my work.
Next up: Study Hall in June with Marcie Colleen, author of Love Triangle and the Super Happy Party Bears series.

Welcome! I'm Lee and I'm a writer, educator, and longtime member of the SCBWI, 12 x 12 Challenge, and Courage to Create/Verge Community. I have also been a teacher assistant with the Writing Barn, where I met my wonderful mentor, Carmen Oliver.
Writing is and always will be one of my favorite things to do, but I also can’t resist a sunny day at the beach, ice cream, puppies, pillows, funny puns, and gumballs—blue has always been my favorite flavor! I write humorous and heartfelt picture books full of creative wordplay, unique characters, and themes of social-emotional learning, friendship, and perseverance, to name a few.
