I have spent many years honing my craft…to attending workshops, taking courses, participating in private mentorship’s, and finally acting as a teacher assistance to the talented Carmen Oliver!
I have many writers rooting for me!
For my dreams to come true, I want nothing more than to have my work catch the attention of a special agent or editor.
My story, Together We Bloom, needs attention!

Welcome! I'm Lee and I'm a writer, educator, and longtime member of the SCBWI, 12 x 12 Challenge, and Courage to Create/Verge Community. I have also been a teacher assistant with the Writing Barn, where I met my wonderful mentor, Carmen Oliver.
Writing is and always will be one of my favorite things to do, but I also can’t resist a sunny day at the beach, ice cream, puppies, pillows, funny puns, and gumballs—blue has always been my favorite flavor! I write humorous and heartfelt picture books full of creative wordplay, unique characters, and themes of social-emotional learning, friendship, and perseverance, to name a few.
